Current Program & Schedule

On Mondays and Wednesdays, there are 6 different leveled classes in-person at Hung Vuong Institute, concurrently live on Zoom. The classes will focus on curriculum and skills.  

  • In-Person Students: Do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class and pick your students up promptly at the end of class. Details on our revised protocols and procedures below.
  • Online Students: Be in uniform and belt. Log into your class on Zoom about 5 minutes before the start of class. 

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the whole family is invited to workout with us online during our “Family Fitness at 4pm” class. These classes are for us to develop strength, endurance and overall conditioning. No martial arts background required. Basic class structure: Warm-up & Cardio (15 min), Core & Strength (15 min), Skills, Stretch & Cool Down (15 min). It’s been such an enjoyable experience these past few months that we will be keeping this component in our hybrid program. 

On Fridays, we will continue our Weekend “Kick”off cross-training class with Choi’s Institute of Taekwondo in San Jose and Scotts Valley. Each school runs a Friday session so students get to learn from and train with different Grandmasters, Masters and Instructors.
