Note: World Class Poomsae and World Class Sparring Division will report directly to the specified World Class Ring to minimize the wait time. Please listen to the announcements.

TOURNAMENT

All participants including competitors, coaches, masters (VIPs) and referees must complete all required forms in their entirety OR register online at tettournament.com.

Referees: All referees must assemble in the gym at Yerba Buena High School no later than 8:00 am the day of the tournament. Referee uniform is black pants, white collar button-up shirt and white athletic shoes. Red tournament neck ties will be provided. Please register as a referee on the tournament website. Assignment confirmations will be sent by Thursday, February 6th, 2020. Contact Master Maryhien Pham (email: [email protected]).

VIP’s: VIP Badges will be available at the Front Entrance on the day of the tournament. Please register as a VIP on the tournament website or submit the Participant Registration Form.

Coaches: Coach passes are $20. (1 complimentary coach pass per every 10 registered competitors.) They will be available at the Front Entrance on the day of the tournament. Please register as a Coach on the tournament website or submit the Participant Registration Form. Passes must be worn by all coaches on the gym floor. Coach Passes may be revoked at the discretion of the Tournament Director. Coaches are prohibited from wearing jeans, shorts, tank-tops, hat/cap, or slippers while on the arena floor or coaching a competitor. Please follow the official USAT dress code for more details.

Spectators: All spectators (unless a designated VIP, Referee, or Volunteer) must purchase an admission ticket and may not enter the arena floor at any time. Tickets will be available at the door the day of the tournament. General Admission: Adults (13+):$10. Children (ages 6 to 12): $5.00. 5 and under: Free.
